on him so it is unclear at this point why the officer shot him. new details about the murder of a publicist. the man accused of impersonating a utility worker to murder a russian hill woman is due to make his first court appearance on tuesday. prosecutors are charging 43-year old gary scott holland in the robbery and murder of 46-year old kathleen horan at her home on chestnut street. police found the victim's body october 29th while checking on her welfare. holland wore a utility worker's uniform in order to convince horan to let him inside. police believe that she was pregnant people's fingers after the destruction caused by the september gas find explosives. authorities say holland was church on parole for a 1999 burglary and attempted murder in fresno. he was paroled after serving part of the 13-year prison sentence he received in that case. he served 11 years in prison for attempted murder. >> we'll take a break, the back of my headlines in just a moment.

on the market it is now available in stores, this is microsoft's big attempt to break into the smart phone seen. apple has its iphone, and now windows has its windows phone 7. they are late to the mobile game but microsoft thinks they have created smart phones that can lure you away from iphone, black berry and andriod devices. i will give microsoft this they came up with a new unique interface, it is simple, uncluttered, fast and easy to use. the home screen uses tiles, like little windows, little boxes that are your most used applications. you can get to the things you use most quickly by tapping on these tiles. it is a windows phone so if you use internet explorer, windows on your computer, and microsoft office products like word, excel or power point this phone could be good for you. the integration with your computer would be seamless. if you are a big x-box player you may like this phone, x-box live is built in for gaming on these devices. there are several different windows phones this one is an htc surround for at&t. a lightweight touchscreen, it felt pretty good, and look at this when you're watching a video you can slide it open and a bigger speaker is revealed
